We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment or a charge may have to be levied.
Delays by Clients
We will guarantee all appointments being undertaken providing there is no more than 10 minutes delay from original time booked, if there is a longer delay we will of course do our best to accommodate you but may have to offer an alternative.
Delays by Centre Stage
We aim to commence all appointments on time, if there is any delay of more than 10 minutes from the original time booked then we will make an adjustment to your final bill. If there is a delay of any sort we will keep you informed.
ALL Colour applications that are likely to be applied to the Scalp/Skin must have a Skin Test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment, Skin Tests should be carried out 3 monthly if not having regular Colour appointments, including eye brow/lashes (i.e. within 3 months.) Skin Tests are free.
Promotions & Offers
Many of Centre Stage Promotions do need to be supported by vouchers, if we do not see sight of a voucher we reserve the right to refuse the incentive.
Health & Safety
All children are the responsibility of their parents, within the Salon Area there are many hazards, please will you keep control of your children. We do have available a room for children to play – non supervised.
Colour, Curl Specialist Consultations
Anyone requiring a Technical Service will require a Consultation prior to any booking being made, All Consultations are FREE and there is no obligation to proceed.
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any Technical, and some Beauty Services.
We Guarantee all our work. If you are not entirely happy with a Service undertaken by Centre Stage please return to the Salon within 7 days where we will undertake any remedial work at our expense, if you are still not happy with the Service given, you will be refunded in full.
